Airport Authority approves land sale for new Pierpont facility

The members of the Benedum Airport Authority vote to approve the sale of a 2.6 acre plot of land to the state on Tuesday. The plot is intended to serve as the site of a new facility for Pierpont Community & Technical College’s Aviation Maintenance Technology program.
