FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WV News) — Several individuals have been indicted by Marion County grand jurors, according to Prosecutor Jeff Freeman.

FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WV News) — Several individuals have been indicted by Marion County grand jurors, according to Prosecutor Jeff Freeman.

Those indicted are presumed innocent.
They are, according to Freeman:
— Misty Cattafesta, 47, Fairmont, conspiracy to commit felony controlled substance offenses.
— Tristan Thomas, 50, Redford Charter Township, Michigan, eight counts delivery of a controlled substance (fentanyl), nine counts conspiracy to commit felony controlled substance offenses, transportation of controlled substance (fentanyl) into the state, use or presentation of a firearm in commission of a felony, two counts possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl).
— Jonathan D. Newbraugh, 39, Fairmont, three counts delivery of a controlled substance (fentanyl), conspiracy to commit felony controlled substance offenses, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl).
— Walter Montgomery, 57, Parkersburg Correctional Center, delivery of a controlled substance (fentanyl) second or subsequent offense; possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl, alprazolam) second or subsequent offense; conspiracy to commit felony controlled substance offenses, second or subsequent offense.
— Matthew Shuttlesworth, 41, Four States, harassment in violation of a protective order.
— Joseph Sinclair Douglas, 36, Fairmont, domestic battery, third or subsequent offense; driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs.
— Kevin Wyatt, 35, Fairmont, two counts conspiracy to commit a felony.
— Matthew Drennan, 38, Fairmont, strangulation, suffocation; domestic battery third offense; unlawful restraint; fleeing by means other than a vehicle.
— William A. Brown, 51, Pittsburgh, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (crack cocaine).
— Bryan Tyler Wilson, 64, Fairmont, three counts sexual abuse in the first degree, three counts sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust.
— Dustin Joel Mills, 38, Fairmont, burglary, grand larceny, fraudulent use of an access device.
— William Stutzman, 51, Pasadena, Maryland, obtaining property in return for worthless check.
— Kevin Eric Freeman, 41, Fairmont, forgery of a public record, fraudulent use of an access device, conspiracy to commit a felony.
— Marlin Yates, 37, Sciotoville, Ohio, robbery in the first degree; fleeing in a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs; fleeing in a motor vehicle in reckless disregard to the safety of others.
— Michael McKinney, 57, Fairmont, driving while in an impaired state causing serious bodily injury.
— Kent Wade Phillips, 39, Worthington, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
— Jennifer Malcolm, 39, Fairmont, asphyxiation and child abuse resulting in injury.
— Bradley Bates, 22, Macksburg, Ohio, grand larceny, conspiracy.
— Jeramie Fleming, 41, Fairmont, fleeing in a motor vehicle in reckless disregard to the safety of others; unlawful possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
— Charles E. Smith, 41, Rivesville, fleeing in a motor vehicle in reckless disregard for the safety of others.
— Kevin E. Hall, 41, Fairmont, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine), theft of a rental vehicle, conspiracy to violate drug laws.
— William Bencic, 36, Parkersburg, domestic battery, third or subsequent offense.
— Daniel Ray South, 40, Smyrna, Delaware, fleeing in a motor vehicle in reckless indifference to the safety of others.
— Michael Tyrone Blare Jr., 21, Littleton, illegal possession of destructive devices, explosive materials or incendiary devices; unlawful possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
— Robert Lee McIntire Jr., 47, Worthington, two counts harassment, second or subsequent offense.
— Harley Richard Morgan, 42, Fairmont, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl, methamphetamine), burglary, petit larceny, prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
— Tamara Faith Greathouse, 23, Farmington, burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony.
— Alicia Jones, 43, Farmington, burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony.
