BUCKHANNON, W.Va. (WV News) — The Tennerton Lions Club will hold their semi annual Pancake Meal from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 1, at the Tennerton United Methodist Church.
The Pancake Feed offers a meal for a free-will offering.

The church is located across from the Upshur County school bus garage on the Tallmansville Road (a quarter mile from W.Va. Route 20 South road).
You can choose either a pancake and sausage meal or biscuits and sausage gravy. You can also get coffee, juice or milk with your meal. The price of the meal is a free-will offering.
The Tennerton Lions Club has been serving meals for over 45 years. The club will also be selling mops and brooms, and raffle tickets for the club’s Sportsman Raffle.
Money raised from this event will be used for youth activities in the community, such as the LEO Club at Buckhannon-Upshur High School, Project Graduation at the Buckhannon-Upshur High School, the Romney School for the Deaf and Blind, and Rhododendron West Virginia Girls State.
The club also makes donations to the Salvation Army food program and the Parish House food programs. Donations also are made to the Leader Dog and Pilot Dog programs, the WV Lions Sight Foundation and Lions Clubs International Foundation.
Please bring any used eyeglasses with you for recycling.
If you are interested in helping your community, speak to any Lions members about joining the club, which has been serving the community for over 55 years.
