MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WV News) — There will be a lane closure and delay on U.S. 19, Holland Avenue, from milepost 8.91 to milepost 11.07, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, through Friday, Feb. 7, for pothole repair.
